Brower Tinting and Graphics has always been known for our frosted window films and tinting capabilities, but in 2012 we decided to expand our offerings and enter the high-end window graphics printing arena.
We chose the Roland Versa UV LEJ-640 for many reasons, but the primary one is size. This hybrid printer can accept both roll and flat media and allows us to print vivid images up to 64″ wide. We can print on thin films, lightweight board, cardboard, and even more rigid materials for things like large wall signs.
We also have the ability to print white, which is a rare feature that the majority of our competitors do not offer. It lets us print smooth gradient patterns and apply them to office glass and conference rooms, giving privacy while still allowing light to come through. Printing white allows us to print crystal clear photo-quality images on optically clear polyester films – perfect for full or partial size storefront or interior business projects.
The first step in the graphics process is to come up with a design. If you already have artwork available, that’s great! We use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw, so we accept the following file types: .jpg, .tiff, .psd, .gif, .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .cdr. In most cases, we can perfectly match fonts and colors to expertly replicate your existing design into a new large-scale graphic, wall mural, window vinyl, banner, or sign!
We also have an in-house design team to alleviate any issues in translating your previous design to a larger scale, but we also specialize in creating great looking custom graphics from scratch!
Our printing process is eco-friendly and we use Eco-UV ink, which is VOC-free, dries instantly, and is safe after curing. The ink adheres to a wide range of materials, treated or untreated substrates, allowing them to be stretched or applied around curved surfaces and edges without cracking or distorting.
